Nancy Froude
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Nancy Froude works closely with Lynden Lyman to drive
the continuous improvement of operations, the delivery
of premium client service and the development of new
revenue opportunities. Her duties also include management
of the finance, physical plant (office leasing), and
human resource areas.
Nancy has extensive business management, operations and
general counsel experience in high growth sales and
client service environments. Prior to working at ACS,
her career has included senior management positions
at John Hancock and Liberty Mutual and, most recently
as President and CEO of ManagedComp, Inc., a service
company dedicated to providing claims and medical case
management outsource solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
and insurance entities.
Nancy earned a B.A. in Political Science from the College
of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA and a J.D. from Suffolk
University Law School, Boston, MA and has been a member
of the Massachusetts Bar since 1981. She is a member
of the Holy Cross Club, the American Bar Association-
Business Law Committee, and the Commonwealth Institute.
